Almost done uploading pictures. Beware, image heavy!

Anyway, been doing some reflecting on my work and I think my performance is way below even my own expectations. I need to be more mature and responsible in handling my work(There's so much I'd like to tell you about now but you'd most probably say I told you so. You've pointed it out before. Perhaps I casted the fact of how I've been behaving very far far away and denied it up till now. Everything you've said is beginning to make sense now, if I want to improve I need to change my habits.)
